Lifetime access vs 12 months access:

LOOP enables all our registered users or learners for a 12 months access to our courses. Due to the constant changes in the technologies and the training materials updates, we strongly believe that the duration of 12 months access for the purchased course are more than sufficient for the technology or the courses to be valid

How do I login using my social media account?

I am not able enter Loop and keep getting an error. How can I fix this?

How do I see all the courses that I purchase?

Login into LOOP using your login credentials
Under your profile drop down (top left corner in LOOP), do select My Courses
You can find all your purchased courses there

I am not able to play my courses and I don’t know what's wrong?

Do check your internet connectivity by browsing to other sites
Drop us an e-mail on our support us to inform us about the problematic course if the problem persists

I am not able to pay for the course that I would like to purchase. Can you help me?

Why is my course missing from my course list?

If you purchased a course on mobile, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to LOOP Support.
Potentially, it could due to the multiple login that you are using to access LOOP. Do login using your registered and login that you made the purchase with.

How can I make the purchase for the courses?

Browse the course catalogue and do select the course that you would like to purchase
On the course page, do select on the “Take This Course” button
Proceed with the payment method
You can go to My Courses to see all the courses that you purchased

My PayPal payment is not charging my credit card. Is the course purchased?

Under your profile details, you can reach the support team by selecting the “Support”
You will be directed to a form that you can fill out to get the support from us and we will be responding to your request
Do ensure to provide to us your contact details for us to get hold of you

For the SkillsFuture courses that I purchase, how can I make my claim for the courses completed?

This can be done thru the browse settings and there is a section on allowing pop up to be displayed
